1. Return Policy
1.1. Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery. No returns will be accepted beyond this period.
1.2. Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and have all tags intact.
1.3. An unboxing video is mandatory for processing any return request.
2. Return Shipping
2.1. Self-arranged Shipping: We do not provide any courier or shipping service for product returns.
2.2. Customers must arrange their own shipping through a trackable courier service and bear the shipping/courier charges.
2.3. Ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
3. How to Return
3.1. Contact us with your order number and the reason for the return.
3.2. Submit the unboxing video via email or WhatsApp as directed by our support team.
3.3. The return reason must be valid, genuine, and acceptable, such as:
3.3.1. Product fault or defect
3.3.2. Quality issues
3.3.3. Incorrect color or size delivered compared to the product specifications
3.4. Returns for dissatisfaction or change of preference will not be accepted.
3.5. Ship the product to our warehouse using a trackable courier service at your own expense.
4. Refund Guidelines
4.1. Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and verify the returned item.
4.2. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or the convenient Cash/Online via UPI or QR code payment method after successful inspection of the return.
4.3. Allow up to 14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.
4.4. Refund for the Prepaid Orders with Incorrect Address/Contact Details
4.4.1. If a customer enters an incorrect delivery/shipping address or phone number while placing an order, the courier company won’t be able to deliver the parcel.
4.4.2. In such cases, the shipment will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin) and returned to us.
4.4.3. Once we receive the returned parcel, we will process a refund after deducting forward shipping and RTO charges.
4.4.4. The deduction amount depends on the shipping origin and destination. The final refund amount will be decided by our customer support team.
4.5. Reordering for RTO Parcels
4.5.1. If a customer still wants the ordered item after the parcel is returned, they will need to place a new order.
4.5.2. There is no provision to reprocess the same order once it has been marked as RTO.
